, Conclusion et Perspectives Introduction Les adénovirus sont des virus à ADN bicaténaire linéaire, non enveloppés, à capside icosaédrique, appartenant à la famille des Adenoviridae. Ils sont responsables d'un grand nombre d'infections (gastroentérites, conjonctivites, etc), dont certaines pouvant être sévères chez la personne immunodéprimée. Le diagnostic actuel se fait par PCR, la culture virale reste un outil clé pour la détection et la caractérisation des différentes souches
