Rencontre avec une patiente schizophrène hallucinée

Abstract : The encounter with the schizophrenies patients is an experience that provokes effects, sometimes very intense, both at the patient and the clinicien (s), to the individual and institutional level. This article explores some of these effects, echoing to the hallucinatory and delirious construction in schizophrénie patient that envision herself "deaf, dum and blind". Those effects are treated as linked and shared reactions of the transference activity of the delusion and hallucinations on one side, and on the other side the echoing reactions of the clinicians loaded with all what the patient depose in the therapy the team through projective identification.
