Résumé
The encounter with the schizophrenies patients is an experience that provokes effects, sometimes very intense, both at the patient and the clinicien (s), to the individual and institutional level. This article explores some of these effects, echoing to the hallucinatory and delirious construction in schizophrénie patient that envision herself "deaf, dum and blind". Those effects are treated as linked and shared reactions of the transference activity of the delusion and hallucinations on one side, and on the other side the echoing reactions of the clinicians loaded with all what the patient depose in the therapy the team through projective identification.
La rencontre avec les patients schizophrènes est une expérience qui provoque des effets, quelquefois très intenses, à la fois chez le patient et le(s) clinicien(s), au niveau individuel et institutionnel. Cet article explore quelques-uns de ces effets, en écho à la construction délirante et hallucinatoire d'une patiente schizophrène qui se pensait " sourde muette et aveugle ". Il s'agit de réactions liées d'une part à la transférentialisation du délire et des hallucinations, et d'autre part aux réactions en écho, chez les cliniciens qui portent ce que le patient dépose en eux et dans l'équipe par identification projective.
