Hallucinations et expériences de la rupture

Abstract : About a 79 years old shizophrenic patient, the authors describe and spécifie the emerging conditions of her hallucinations. It concerns situations of tension linked with experiences of breaking-up, discontinuity and unthinkable separation from objects which disrupt psychic continuity. It is described the patient's invested motions toward the clinician while she is enclosed in her paranoid and intrused with hallucination universe. Authors emphasized the evolution of the patient's capacity of object representing, the clinician representation and the bond to him, first through and by external object, later with words ( word representation.).
