Vers une cotation fonctionnelle adaptative pour la CAO mécanique

Abstract : It is possible to suggest the tolerancing method from the functional groups concept. It integrates the gap or clearance existing between two pieces using the properties of tolerancing tools (independence principle and requirements). This proposition offers new possibilities for the tolerancing method. Its aim is based on the proposition of tolerancing by integration of functionality of the product. It allows to save the scrapped parts although the functionality accuracy is safeguarded. The computer simulation is used for proposing new tolerance zones. Their utilisations can be employed in the Computer Aided Design (CAD).
