Détermination des incertitudes des surfaces associées

Abstract : The function to obtain associated surface on coordinate measuring machine is based on the minimization of the distance between point measured and ideal surface. This function is nonlinear for usual surfaces. In many works to accelerate i terative calculations, the problem is linearized. The assumptions posed are the following ones: small displacements, defect of surface quality is small in front of the defects of geometry and homocedasticity. In this article, we will remove the first two assumptions for the least squares method thanks to a new method of determination of the random vector.
