Figures de la dysmorphophobie dans la psychose comme expression d’un dégoût de l’être

Abstract : The author presents the first shutter of a research devoted to the psychosis and the symptom of dysmorphophobie as prototypic of the register of shame in which it is spread : shame like forms narcissistic expression, shame like trace and demonstration of a radical singular claim. This article explores this affect, in its psycho-dynamic dimensions, of its premises in the psychosis until its social expressions most elaborate. It is starting from a clinical illustration which supports the reading of it that this reflexion was carried out ; by proposing an articulation between body, social damage and ontology lacanienne, the author suggests a reading original théorico-private clinic between psychosis, exclusion, shame and being.
