On Some Variants in Ashkenazic Biblical Manuscripts from the XIIth and XIIIth century: Valmadonna 1, Vat. Ebr. 14, Or. Qu. 9, and Vat. Ebr. 482

Abstract : This paper is meant to focus, from the critical Edition "The Masorah of Elijah ha-Naqdan" (De Gruyter, 2015), not on the massoretic notes but on the variants of lemmas in terms of consonnantal variants, vowels variants, diacritic signs and accents variants. 163 lemmas have been published from which 70 group of variants have been detected. The study of some features of the variants displayed in the Ashkenazic Manuscripts is an eccho to the F. Perez Castro's study, "Códices bíblicos hebreos; evaluación comparativa de varios manuscritos toledanos, askenazies y orientales", Sefarad, 37, 1977, 105-162.
