Rationalization in act and problematic behaviour justification

Abstract : This paper addresses the alternate aspect of the rationalization process. Requiring individuals to provide justification for a problematic behaviour renders its cognitive rationalization easier and makes a rationalization in act less probable. The effect of rationalization in act decreases the individual's focus in his justification.
