Une utilisation inattendue des outils de télédétection disponibles sur internet : l'identification des sujets de deux aquarelles du peintre William Turner

Abstract : Taking as examples two watercolors by the english painter William Turner showing landscapes from the Isère valley at Grenoble, with the Bastille on the Mont Rabot, already unidentified, the author explain how the new websites displaying aerial photographic images in 3 dimensions can help to definite the location of the landscapes represented by the painter.
