L’antiféminisme d’Etat. Une analyse rhétorique du mouvement des pères séparés au Québec

Abstract : Fathers’ rights activism is a social movement that challenges state intervention in the private sphere by seeking to delegitimize the institutions in charge of regulating marital separation. Through the notion of state antifeminism, this article highlights how state intervention practices are perceived by these groups as a way to discredit masculinity. The example of Quebec will be developed through the discursive and rhetorical productions of the group L'Après-Rupture.
