La démarche ergologique : pour un dialogue entre normes et renormalisations

Abstract : The ergologic approach is an original approach of the human being in its relation with the environment. Labour is then considered as one of these environments, even though specific, because the social relations, which are power relations, will increase the issues within the exchange related to the use of self: by others and by oneself. In order to understand living and labour situations and especially to transform them, to assist a change that does not shake up human activity but instead respect people as normative beings, beings capable of renormalisations, the ergologic approach will launch again the dialogue between knowledge: knowledge that is already available (disciplinary or organizational) and practical knowledge, knowledge coming up from the activity.
