Ce n'est pas qu'ils ne parlent pas français, c'est qu'ils parlent un autre français !

Abstract : On the basis of his personal as well as his work experience, the author points to the difficulty that lies in the co-understanding of the word form of knowledge and skills involved in activities, and also raises the issue of the likelihood of a common language, namely French, and its rules.
