Obstacles à l'intégration des technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC) dans le système éducatif marocain

Abstract : The study presented within the framework of this article attempts to identify the barriers of integration of information and communication technology in education in Morocco. To do so, 33 headmasters of primary and secondary schools and 4 departmental officials responsible for implementing the government's strategy regarding the widespread use of this technology in Moroccan school have been maintained. Thematic analysis of data show the presence of five main categories of barriers, namely: general obstacles related to the Moroccan education system itself, barriers related to policy and strategy for implementation of information and communication technology in education, barriers related to this technology infrastructure, barriers related to the support and professional development and the cultural and language barriers.
