Intégrer les TIC dans l'enseignement : Quelles compétences pour les enseignants?

Abstract : The appropriation of ICT by teachers is a topic that is at the center of debate in educational research. This article proposes to measure the perceptions of Moroccans teachers in primary and secondary education, about their ICT skills from an empirical study conducted among 1014 of them. Descriptive statistics and correlation tests between the different variables were performed. The data analysis revealed that most teachers do not have the required level. In particular, the ownership of educational software and capacity for production of digital learning resources are limited. The results also indicate that this lack of ICT skills is mainly due to insufficient quantity and quality of supply of training in this domain.
