This presentation focuses, on present-day international Catholic initiatives for the benefit of migrants. Why, despite huge and longstanding institutional mobilization on behalf of migrants, despite very active international networking from specialized NGOs, this concern remains somehow very secondary in Catholic consciences and is even becoming unpopular.
