ANALYSE DE L'INITIATION AU PROCESSUS D'INSTRUMENTATION DANS DES MANUELS SCOLAIRES UTILISANT LE NUMERIQUE

Abstract : We analyze proposals for teaching geometric concepts made in French primary school textbooks. We focus our study on the teaching of the theme "perpendicularity and parallelism" in second grade, when these notions become subject of study. In this study, we look at the choices of the authors of manuals, related to artifacts and associated type of tasks, as well as the initiation to the instrumentation process: we study the methods of transmission of the ways of using instruments and we question potentiality of different artifacts to lead to mathematical meanings. We use tools of analysis of the instrumented action. Our analyses focus on two textbooks investing the complementarity of the paper-pencil and digital environments by proposing digital animations: the Heuristic Method in Mathematics collection and the iParcours collection.
