Time course of fluid responsiveness in sepsis: the fluid challenge revisiting (FCREV) study

Abstract : Background: Fluid challenge (FC) is one of the most common practices in Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The present study aimed to evaluate whether echocardiographic assessment of the response to FC at the end of the infusion or 20 min later could affect the results of the FC.
