Learning through Teaching about How to Create Strawberry Flavours: A Project with the Ecole Supérieure du Parfum and the Institute Fénelon in Grasse (France).

Abstract : Which specific tutor effects are provided when students conduct a workshop to teach others how to make strawberry flavours? This is the question we are trying to answer in this article. Therefore, we organised three workshops during which firstgraders of the Ecole Supérieure du Parfum taught high-schoolers and twelve-year-old students from the Institut Fénelon in Grasse how to make strawberry flavours. Through observation and a series of interviews of the students, we could find common tutor effects and the development of vocational skills.
