Le T.A.T. à l'eṕreuve de l'analyse structurale 1/2 : eṕisteḿologie, histoire et methode

Abstract : The T.A.T. (Thematic Apperception Test) is a projective method with remarkable success. However, epistemologically and historically the methods of protocol analysis leave little room for the concept of narrative structure. In France, at the time of the divisions in the psychoanalytic movement, the Paris School produced a psychoanalytic method with the P.E.D (Speech Elaboration Processes) synthesized in a sheet of analysis. propose an alternative to this method by using the structural analysis of the narratives. This makes it possible, on the one hand, to free oneself from nosographic preoccupations and to shift the interest for self defense mechanisms, on the other hand, to promote the analysis of unconscious processes organizing any narrative. structural method remains psychoanalytic, but distincts from diagnostic logic in favor of a logic of analysis and formalization of the unconscious issue of the subject.
