REPONDRE À UN BESOIN PEDAGOGIQUE PAR LA DEVIANCE POSITIVE : ANALYSE DE BESOIN POUR DES PROFESSEURS DE CLASSES ENFANTS À L’INSTITUT FRANÇAIS DU VIETNAM

Abstract : In the context of globalization, marked by significant changes in all fields, Vietnam will need a generation capable of fully entering. The existing cultural distance between non-Vietnamese teachers and Vietnamese children could cause misunderstandings and frustrations that must be overcome for the development of language skills of this 1st generation digital uplifting. The revival of class management method by gamification and digital seems ideal to train individuals happy to learn, responsible for themselves and encouraged to work in a team. However, in order to avoid class management methods that would not encourage three-way teacher-child-parent communication, it is necessary to question the innovative methods of classroom management that have already been put in place by teachers. Vietnamese schools and implant them in foreign institutions in a process called positive deviance. After an analysis of the current situation at the French Institute of Vietnam, some measures will be proposed for the research of an evolution of class management method meets all these requirements.
