De quelques apports psychanalytiques au système signifiant de la bande dessinée
Résumé
In this article we went to meet a patient named Tanguy through a comic strip that he created
during a mediation group. Since a methodology that we call "structural psychoanalysis" and
which "is interested in existing relations of homology between the structure of the discourse,
here mainly iconic, and the structure of the psychic processes that cross and order the subject."
We have explored the question of the setting / envelope of the box and its clinical qualities. To
open then on the structuring dimension of the system meaning of the comic strip. We have been
able to reconcile the empty space of the box with the concepts of "framed void" (Milner, 1952),
"dream screen" (Lewin, 1972), "negative hallucination of the mother" (Green , 1972) and the

was for Tanguy: ranging from the possibilities of redevelopment of this space to its deployment
in the countertransference relationship.
Dans cet article nous sommes allés à la rencontre d’un patient nommé Tanguy à travers une
planche de bande dessinée qu’il a créé lors d’un groupe à médiation. Depuis une méthodologie
que nous nommons « psychanalyse structurale » et qui « s’intéresse aux rapports d’homologie
existants entre la structure du discours, ici majoritairement iconique, et la structure des
processus psychiques qui traversent et ordonnent le sujet.» nous avons explorés la question du
cadre/enveloppe de la case et de ses qualités cliniques. Pour ouvrir ensuite sur la dimension
structurante du système signifiant de la bande dessinée. Nous avons pu rapprocher l’espace vide
de la case des concepts de « vide encadré » (Milner, 1952), d’« écran du rêve » (Lewin, 1972),
d’ « hallucination négative de la mère » (Green, 1972) et de la question du féminin. Puis, au
cœur même de cette structure d’arrière fond qui n’est autre qu’un héritage des modalités de
relation du premier objet d’amour, nous avons exploré ce qu’il en était pour Tanguy : allant des
possibilités de réaménagement de cet espace à son déploiement dans la relation contre-
transférentielle.
