FORMALISME ET NATURALISME DANS LE JUSNATURALISME PROCÉDURAL DE LON FULLER

Abstract : Lon Fuller's Morality of law remains a classic of american jurisprudence widely ignored by continental legal thought. The morality of law is an aspiration toward the perfection in legality.
