Transference of schizophrenic patients in group therapies: Proposals and clinical illustration
Le transfert des patients schizophrènes dans les thérapies groupales : propositions et illustration clinique

In this article, we propose to study the specificities of the transfer of schizophrenic patients into therapeutic groups. We will initially argue that when grouping schizophrenic patients, psychic investments are undifferentiated. We will then argue that the experience of the group allows the schizophrenic patient to progressively experience a pre-triangulation of his psychic investments between the other participants in the therapeutic system, the group itself and the institution. After clarifying the contributions of the national and international literature on group analysis on which we rely to support our hypotheses, we will illustrate our point with a group psychoanalytic psychodrama experience with schizophrenic patients.
Nous proposons dans cet article d’étudier les spécificités du transfert des patients schizophrènes dans des groupes thérapeutiques. Nous soutiendrons dans un premier temps que lors de la mise en groupe des patients schizophrènes, les investissements psychiques sont indifférenciés. Nous soutiendrons dans un second temps que l’expérience du groupe permet au patient schizophrène de faire progressivement l’expérience d’une pré-triangulation de ses investissements psychiques entre les autres participants au dispositif thérapeutique, le groupe lui-même et l’institution. Après avoir précisé les apports de la littérature nationale et internationale sur l’analyse de groupe sur lesquels nous nous appuyons pour étayer nos hypothèses, nous illustrerons notre propos par une expérience de psychodrame psychanalytique de groupe avec des patients schizophrènes.
