L'ARGUMENT MORAL EN DROIT

When is there a moral argument? The interest in answering this question is to know from what moment the interpretation can be qualified as axiological and eventually loses neutrality. The answer given by the study is that moral argument makes purpose or goals of a text prevail, while legal argument gives more weight to the letter of the texts.
