Protéger le secret du dossier médical hospitalier : une utopie ?

Abstract : The confidentiality of a patient's medical records has become a major issue in health management. In theory, the access and the protection of personal medical data contained in the records are protected from consultation or modification by unauthorized third parties. In practice, it's a different story. A recent poll of some voluntary health facilities helped to highlight the difficulties or reluctance encountered to protect and maintain medical confidentiality.
